If you call into the church in the week, you’ll be most likely to meet one of these folks amongst our team of volunteers.

Minister

Tom Wharin leads our trustee and staff teams. He is passionate about seeing biblical truth taught clearly. Tom lives in Yate with his wife Jo and four teenage kids, supports Spurs and gets out mountain biking whenever he can.

Children and Young Families worker

Rachel Moors leads a team who deliver a wide range of kids, family and youth activities at CSBC. She relates to children of all ages and brings fun and relevance to her work.

Oasis Co-ordinator

Steph Green leads a team of Oasis volunteer hosts who welcome anyone into the Oasis for a cuppa and some company 10-2 weekdays. Steph lives in Yate with her husband Martin and loves spending quality time with friends and family, sharing the highs and lows of life together.
